Trunkline Open Season

Trunkline Gas Company, LLC (TGC) is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm transportation utilizing TGC's Firm Transportation Service (Rate Schedule FT). The capacity that is the subject of this open season is available now.

 

In accordance with Section 10.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, TGC had earlier posted certain reserved capacity that was available for transportation service on an interim basis. As of the date hereof, TGC will not have any capacity that is reserved, and any capacity not currently under contract is posted on its Website as operationally available and is available for transportation service pursuant to its Tariff.

 

Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Point(s): Receipt points in TGC's NTX area of the Field Zone (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point(s): Delivery points in TGC's WLA area of the Field Zone (subject to available capacity)

Open Season CQ:  Beginning November 1, 2026  107,986 Dth/d (subject to available receipt and delivery point capacity)

Beginning January 1, 2027  157,986 Dth/d (subject to available receipt and delivery point capacity)

Start Date: November 1, 2026

Term: Minimum term of 6 years and no maximum term

Minimum Rate: Maximum tariff rate

 

Any interested party must complete the attached binding bid form and return it to TGC via email as directed below. The deadline for submitting bids is 12:01 PM CST on October 20, 2026.

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers. TGC reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids, including non-conforming bids. Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the applicable Form of Service Agreement set forth in TGC's Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids. Trunkline Open SeasonTGC's discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

After the close of this Open Season, TGC will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids in accordance with its Tariff. In addition, awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest unitized net present value (per Dth) of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season. Bids with an equal unitized net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis.
