To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: East Mainline and West Texas Lateral - Pipeline Integrity Maintenance.

Revision 1: Maintenance start date hasbeen moved to October 14th.

October 14th, 2026

East Mainline capacity will be reduced from 750,000 MMBtu/d to 200,000 MMBtu/d.

West Texas Lateral capacity will reduce from 750,000 MMBtu/d to 680,000 MMBtu/d.

October 15th, 2026 thru October 20th, 2026

East Mainline capacity will increase from 200,000 MMBtu/d to 680,000 MMBtu/d.

West Texas Lateral capacity will remain at  680,000 MMBtu/d.

October 21st, 2026

East Mainline capacity will return to full 750,000 MMBtu/d capacity

West Texas Lateral capacity will return to full 750,000 MMBtu/d capacity
