Subject: Force Majeure - West Texas Lateral - Pipeline Repair - Between Station 9 (Roswell, NM) and WT-1 Station (Carlsbad,NM)

Notice to Customers: Transwestern Pipeline is reducing the West Texas Lateral capacity
due to a required pipeline repair.

Gas Day Tuesday 5/12/26 (ID-2) thru Thursday 5/14/26. (3 Days)

Total capacity for the West Texas Lateral receipt volumes will be reduced from 650,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 450,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day - 5/15/26

Total capacity for the West Texas Lateral receipt volumes will increase from 450,000 MMBtu/d to 650,000 MMBtu/d.
